My sister and I made tutu's for our girls for Halloween costumes. It was SO easy! We found the video tutorial here. Check it out...your little girl could be dancing around in her new tutu in no time!
P.S. We found that the materials to make this were really inexpensive. I think it cost me about $2 a piece to make these (probably more for older girls). Enjoy!
